Smillth: These cookies are still very good. I prefer to microwave two of them wrapped in a slightly damp paper towel for 30 seconds in my lower powered microwave. They don't have as many almonds on the top as they used to have. When I first started buying these cookies they were called Chinese Dessert Cookies. Luckily the name has changed because they are not like any Chinese Almond cookies I have ever eaten. I believe that they used to have more flavor though my taste buds may currently be failing me. These cookies are not terribly sweet, they are crunchy out of the bag, and very fresh. I bought a dozen bags (better price and last before use by date at 2 each day) and so far very few cookies were broken. I count the broken ones as no calorie and eat them as a freebie so the fact that they are broken doesn't bother me! I wish I could find them in Chicago!

A. Copland: We love these cookies and they are hard to find. The cost is rather high and shipping crushes a high number of the cookies.

John HaynesJohn Haynes: The taste is OK, and I could eat the broken cookies, but can’t use them as Christmas stocking stuffers for my grandkids.
The price would be OK if they arrived in good shape, but not if many are broken.

Rudyman: Not the same cookies as when they were made in the Bronx. They don’t have a lot of taste, and too many of them arrive broken (which tells me they may be dry from being on a shelf too long). I cancelled my subscription.
