OXO Good Grips Non-Stick Fry Pan - Durable Black Finish for Easy Cleaning

Scott Lucas: Had this pan for a year and a half. It has served quite well in all regards, except that the handle fell off. Surprise! So, I glued it back on. What with high temperatures and water, etc., conditions aren't the best for success with gluing. But, I'm giving it a try. I used Loctite Stick'n Seal "Extreme Conditions" ... Next day, the glue has worked perfectly. I'm so glad to have my pan in good working order.

Willi: Nonstick feature works great, but on an induction stove it is slower to heat than the smaller Oxo pan I have. Also, does not seem to get as hot. Maybe not enough steel in it?

Huskerhawk: Good pan on sale. Large and heavy, oven safe, good handle/grip. Nonstick seems durable after about a month. Don’t expect it to last for years but for $30 I’ll be good if it makes it a year of daily use.

Barbara Tyszka: I've had this for many months and it is holding up very well. The non-stick is non-stick throughout the entire pan. It heats up evenly. The pan is very durable and cleans like a dream. I never put it in the dishwasher, it's too easy to clean by hand. I definitely recommend.

Philip Gelych: The pan was recommended on ATK as number 1 in its tests. This one has a lid which is great because it protects the surface and it has a lid. A little more than cheaper pans but so for it's worth it.

Brian Anderton: Looks good, but it is a replacement for another one that didn't have a lid. The current one is great, super nonstick and great to cook with. I wanted a lid so I bought a second one with lid that I will use when I need it.
Now used for about 12 months, these pans last about that long. The coating is still mostly non stick but it has started to break up in places. Gets small marks or holes here and there and then coating gradually gets areas where it has little bits come away. While they last they are great though. For $60 AUD, they are cheap enough to just buy a new one each year. Love the shape and super slippy surface for as long as it lasts.

Daniel P.: I had heard about these pans, and they were on sale at the time I ordered so looked forward to getting it and trying it out. I had to return/exchange 2 of them as the metal was warped/dented and waited over a month until they came back in stock for the final one which was not damaged.

I am finding the reviews were correct, and the pan is completely flat, so that the heat is evenly distributed. The non stick surface is truly that, I am watching not to scratch it of course as most pans end up being crap when that surface wears off.

It also has a rubberized handle which is comfortable to hold.

I think the pan is a little expensive for what it is, but it does work very well. Long term longevity we will see.
