ItalianDisneyMom: Got the medium size for my smallest pit mix, but the biggest one got a hold of it and destroyed it in under 5 minutes. Which stinks b/c both dogs LOVED it. So much so that I ordered another and will just work harder at not letting the biggest (and most destructive) dog get it. I gave it 5 stars overall b/c of how much my dogs loved it, but truth is that it is too easily destroyed by my group of dogs. I think the smallest one (who I originally got it for) will make it last longer.

Meredith Gugler: We have two dogs and this is both their favorite toy. Luckily we have multiples so they don’t fight. They ALWAYS play with this first. Overall, for a stuffed toy, it’s holding up pretty well. Neither sit and chew on it for long periods though, they love to play chase and tug of war with it. Perfect size for small dogs. Also, my friend’s larger dog has the larger size and ADORES hers as well.

megan: I got this for my 9 month old lab/border collie mix and the poor thing was disemboweled within 15 minutes. I'm not going to deduct stars for that because that's how my puppy likes to play with stuffies, but this is really not a toy for aggressive chewers if you're hoping it will last. I did enjoy the grunting sound it makes and the look on my dog's face when it made the sound. Also, there is no shortage of stuffing inside this stuffie (trust me, I've been picking it up off the floor for hours now). I think this will be a good toy for dogs that take better care of their toys and not a stuffie killer like mine.

L. Leland Weisser: It's a great product, no question, no issues....except for one: our little Maltipoo loves playing with his new hedgehog toy and can be as viciously aggressive as he wants with it and it holds up. The only drawback for a little little dog like ours is that his mouth can't get a good enough grip over the toy's girth to get it to squeak. IOW, even the smallest size hedgehog is too fat for a dog with a small mouth to have a squeak-producing bite around its belly. That aside, I give it a good squeeze myself which makes our 'Ashton' crazy and ready to do it some serious damage, which this toy can take and take and take.

Andy.N: Bought this Hedgehog for my Lab German Shepherd cross for Christmas and although she's very gentle with her toys, I wasn't expecting it to last long. Three and a half months later and the Hedgehog is still going strong.
