EAC1059EAC1059: Could not get the top or bottom clean after one use! Even after scrubbing with soft scrub! We used cooking spray on the top surface as directed. Am going to keep cause it worked well but they don’t look so great any more!

Amazon Customer: I paid about $12 less for this item than a similar one I saw in a specialty "all things bbq" store. Now I see why - the more expensive version is much thicker, and presumably less prone to warping. It's OK

Mark Hooper: The unit looks good and solid with a nice aluminium casing. However, the cooling fan is audible, even though the unit is installed in a power locker. Not a big issue, since a 20A charger is usually fan cooled. The fan is not on if the battery is charged and the power draw is very low, so it seems to work unattended.
