I’ll take the blame…but I thought like ALL others advertised it was higher BTU. I went back and this was ONLY one offered WITHOUT a BTU rating. Return it to purchase higher BTU.

The instructions were very detailed. Assembly was easy but there were two parts missing. I had to leave it disassembled in the backyard and contacted the customer service for the parts replacement.
It took one week for the customer service to confirm the order details then shipped out the replacement parts from China. It took another 10 days for the shipping and delivery.
Finally it took me 30 minutes to build it. I use it during the Florida winter and it does give out nice heat.
It’s a beautiful addition to my pool backyard! It’s sturdy and well made. No rusty parts on the product I received. The flame works well on windy days.
Overall it creates a nice atmosphere! I hope it came with cover to protect it from dirt when not in use.
