Riggs: I often find a very slight sour taste w/ Organic Valley's half & half.
I usually get Horizon and then when ordering this 64oz size I find a noticeable difference. It happens at times w/ the quart size. Then look at expiration date and that's ok. So have no explanation for that slight sour taste.
