It's ok for a cheap creamer, but definitely will not be my go-to creamer.

JessicaJessica: Stop looking for your non-dairy coffee creamer now because this is it. I have tried MANY dairy free coffee creamers and this by far is my absolute favorite. After having to go dairy and soy free, the first product I searched for was a half and half substitute. Unfortunately, I had to try a lot of gross creamers before I found this one, but it was worth it in the end. This is really good.
This is the most similar to half and half that I have found thus far. It is thick and has a similar consistency to cream. It adds nice color and it mixes and blends nicely into my coffee without altering its flavor - and I like my coffee light. All the other oat, almond, cashew, and coconut milk creamers altered the flavor of my coffee, in a really bad way, and/or curdled in my coffee. Grosss.
This brand makes a French vanilla flavor, but it has a good amount of sugar. This has no sugar, so I can control the amount of sugar I want. Just stop searching and try it. If you don’t believe me, you’ll just eventually come back to this one in the end.

Lady: Update: we've been using this creamer now for a couple of weeks and it's the best coffee creamer for non dairy keto fans for sure. I like the flavor in my coffee. You only need a little bit.
I noticed someone showed it was curdling on pictures. Mine doesn't curdle as my coffee is good and organic. It seems perhaps it may curdle if you have high acidicity of coffee. But as far as I can tell there's nothing wrong with the creamer. I do add 1 spoon of heavy coconut cream and 1 spoon of coconut oil to my very strong coffee and this creamer, and steavia vanilla drops, and its umami and good fat, and tastes like non dairy half and half or better. And nothing else for breakfast, but in this way I'm not at all hungry till noon, my lunch, so it helps with intermittent fasting too.
And can't beat the price!
I hope they make one like that unsweetened but with vanilla too!

No sugar is a plus. No vanilla is a minus. But the vanilla one has sugar so didn't try that one. I think this SO Delicious creamer is a very good deal. Dairy free, sugar free, amazing!
Btw the list of ingredients on the web page says sugar, it's wrong. This one doesn't have sugar as shown on the...

Laura: I’m looking for a low carb sub for Picnik as they’re out of stock everywhere. This isn’t it. Taste is fine. But there’s this sandy/grainy textured sediment toward the end of each cup of tea I make that just leaves things unpleasant.
