Thank goodness for Amy’s foods and their (so far) tasty vegan cuisine! I’m still very new to the vegan way of eating, so I was apprehensive about flavor. What exotic spices awaited me, perhaps causing me to void the contents of both saucepan and my mouth into the nearest waste receptacle? Happily, the flavor was absolutely divine. I didn’t expect it to taste that good. Honestly, I really didn’t! Since when did healthy food begin to taste delicious? There wasn’t any mention of it in the media.
