Mitzi: I recently found out. I was diagnosed with stage two diabetes. So I’m very careful on what items I purchase. This is a great cereal if you are stage two diabetic. I continually purchase it. It’s perfect in the morning to get my day going.

Diana Mucci: Love this cereal. Taste bettter than cheerios. I wish they still made the warm cinnamon one but I haven’t found it in markets in recent months

D. R. Gruszka: This cereal is delicious and apparently discontinued as it has disappeared from the stores. The boxes were damaged and that is the reason for four stars rather than five.
