Frieda Ryan: It gives the flavor of celery, but there were a lot of stringy pieces. I expected more bigger pieces of sliced celery but some of the pieces were like straw. I won't purchase again.

momoftwins1991momoftwins1991: I’ve had a lot of freeze dried foods and vegetables . I like them and prefer them to regular dried when putting them in my pantry. My fav brand is Litehouse. Based in Idaho. These are brown looking and don’t look good. I’ll keep them but not happy. The only thing I have not cooked with these. So maybe it gets better. We shall see.
