Exceptional quality product If you are low iron (Anemic) and have a hard time with iron vitamin this is the thing 100 precent iron. I love the taste of this molasses. This is truly the best molested out there most don't have 100 percent and few tast good. Usually have to purchase this product in a health food store. I was amazed it on amazon. Great taste good on pancakes I love it in milk.

Misty Blue "Tarra": I don’t recall where I read or heard the information that blackstrap molasses reduces gray hair, but thought I would try it. Most of my gray hair was on the top front and on the sides. I am on my second bottle, but by the time I got to the end of the first bottle which was well over a month, I could tell a difference in my hair which grows fast. According to the information, it’s the minerals in the black strap molasses that aid in reducing gray hair. It was recommended to take 1 tablespoon per day, which I am adding to my smoothie every morning. It’s working for me, so perhaps this review will help someone else. When purchasing food products, I try to stay with organic, this brand is tasty must have the minerals in it that is reducing my gray hair.
