OOFOS OOlala Sandal: Comfort and Support for Your Feet After Exercise

Theresa Morales: The sandals are like walking on a cloud! I have arthritis on my feet and these have been the best on my feet. It has good arch support too. The only thing is, is that they are pretty wide if you have very narrow feet like me. But honestly I do not care because they make my feet smile, especially on the heel.

ChristyHChristyH: So first of all, my Dr recommended these for my foot pain. They, took about a week to get used to because the position of your foot obviously changes with the Arch Support. Also because they are so squishy, you undoubtedly walk slightly different. After the first week, I was loving them. I already sized down once, and as u can see they are still too big. They definitely run big. These are an 8 which is pretty standard for me. I sized up to begin with because normally stuff like this runs small. After my new pair came, I was just desperate for relief, I kept them. The shoe is very wide, although I do have narrow feet. The straps are also very loose. Which makes me feel they look super clunky. (see pic) All in all the comfort is worth it. I love the comfort. Everyone who has slipped them in says it's like walking on marshmallows. It's true. However, afyer 3 weeks of wear. I notice this cracking on the strap. (see pic). I'm really disappointed in this considering the cost plus the duration I've had them.
Aside from that I'd say I'm pleased in the comfort. They could be better.
Side note... I do NOT recommend white. They are so dirty and ugly now lol. Not a design flaw... An...

Schilke PlayerSchilke Player: OOFOS makes OOlala in US Women sizes 5 to 11, so I copied these sizes from a popup chart on the OOFOS web site, and I copied the photo from that popup too.

W10 | M8 — 10.25"
W11 | M9 — 10.5"

I'm a man with 10.25" long feet, so I ordered OOlala in W10. The soles are marked "W10" and "EU 41". They fit my feet almost like the OOFOS photo. The footbed extends 3/4" ahead of my toes. The back of my heel is vertically even with the back of the footbed, without touching the lip. My arches rest comfortably on the arch supports. The fit seems ideal for me.

I typically wear shoes two full sizes larger than this, because I need the widest part of a shoe to fit the widest part of my foot, and that leaves more space ahead of my toes than I need. But with this sandal, fitting width was not a concern. Simply fitting this sandal to my foot length worked for me.

Walking in these sandals reminds me of walking in the original Swiss MBT walking shoes that had foam under their heels to simulate walking barefoot in sand. But these sandals also remind me,...

Linell: I am not sure the sizes they make are just for ONE sex or the other, but may be all unisex. At least the ones I got which I ordered specifically to be a woman size 10, came with size label in the box "womens size 10, mens size 8
which leads me to think they are sold also as unisex. Therefore they are too long and too wide, so not sure they fit they way they are supposed to as a DEDICATED women's size would. I made the mistake of wearing them and thought they would be ok, disposed of the box etc. so could not return. My advice, be sure they fit the way you want them to and if they don't return them. These were my first pair. My cousin buys them all the time, loves them and recently got 2 pairs and they were labeled the same "womens size 7 mens size 5. I wonder how different a "unisex" choice would differ.........I venture to say there wouldn't be any. Not sure if I would get a pair again, might try one size smaller and be sure to "try before you buy" as offered on Amazon, or.....try, save all labels, packaging etc. and return which of course is easy on Amazon Prime.
