Kalleila: My rescue Bully came from many homes and a very high stress environment. She chewed off a lot of her hair so she had bald patches but once giving this oil in her breakfast every morning for a month, you can't even tell where they were. Her coat is full, shiny, and perfect again. She doesn't scratch or chew at all. I highly recommend.

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: The product itself seems ok - I haven’t seen anything transformative, but maybe our dog’s skin is a little better. But I’m very disappointed with the pump - it has been consistently getting jammed to the point where I can hardly pump anything out now. This is causing the oil to spill out and down the bottle making a real mess.
I purchased this is May, so the 30 day return is up. The first couple of times I purchased this I didn’t have this problem. Maybe it’s an unusual issue? But I can’t give a more positive review with such a frustrating problem for an expensive product.
Update: I am impressed with the seller - they reached out to me to resolve this issue despite my reporting it 2 months after purchasing it. I intend to keep using this product. The product comes with two caps - one is a pump and one is a flip-top dispenser that you can squeeze oil out with. So I recommend keeping both caps just in case (I didn’t do that!). But it is very impressive for a company to take their customer service so seriously - well done!
