3.- Yo tuve esa pregunta, y me compré unos...

Yanfeng ZhengYanfeng Zheng: I would say it's really a well designed binoculars. It is light and very easy to focus. The object's vision presented by this gear is very clear and bright because plenty of light can go through the large diameter lens. The eye cup looks durable because it is rubber based. Eye interval is adjustable by moving the unit. It's worth the money.

This 8X40 is a decent good quality binocular with nice sharp clear optics. I was pleased to find that the focus wheel is solid and relatively easy to turn, there's no "slop" or free-play in it's operation like on some binoculars I've used...the mechanics are good. The extra wide 8.2 degree field is an added bonus. Also a nice case is included which works well. While it's not a "Zeiss", for the low amount of money spent I feel this is well worth the small investment. If you want something better you'll likely spend two or three times as much before you notice any improvement.
That all being said, I have to say that the eye relief is not very good, and it is not adjustable. You will not be able to wear glasses while using this binocular. I found that the rubber eyecups have to be somewhat "forced" into your eyes to get sufficient eye relief, otherwise the entire perimeter of the image is vignetted (shadowed). If you are willing to put up with this one drawback, then this item is a good buy.

Joseph J. Cavazos:
I had an old pair of binoculars and so I have a benchmark to compare this set and the quality craftsmanship is visible immediately and more advanced than my old set. These binoculars have a solid look and feel and the images come in clear and crisp. I was a little reluctant to fork over a hundred dollars for these, but it is a very good investment. I absolutely love this well-made instrument and they are worth every penny.
There is one minor issue that Olympus should address on their otherwise fine instrument and that is the anchor points used to attach a carrying strap. The outside of the anchor points are fine, but the slot is left unfinished and rough. It was difficult to insert the nylon strap and I needed a magnifying glass and small screwdrivers to insert. A minor point, but could easily be addressed in the quality control process to smooth out and avoid 45 minutes to finally attach the nylon strap.

Dean Bielanowski: When it comes to Optics, Olympus is definitely a leader. I find their camera lenses to be virtually unrivalled in quality, the opposition charging much more for comparable quality. Olympus are also a leader in high-end medical imaging equipment, and that stuff needs to be reliable and the highest quality. This experience over many decades has thankfully translated across to a lot of their other optical products, these binoculars included. I have owned about 4-5 pairs of what I would call "budget" binocs (those under $100). The two Olympus binocs I have owned have been miles ahead of the competition in the same price range. These trooper binocs are ultra-sharp and a joy to use. They are quite comfortable to use and adjustable for diopter and the like. I'll likely buy their 10x50 model soon too. You can't go wrong with Olympus optics (or very rarely anyway).

Archery Dad: I used these for about 5 hours yesterday to spot arrows in targets at about 25 yards and they worked great. I especially like the ability to zoom to 16x. This made spotting the arrows very easy and I was even able to tell when an arrow was touching the line between scoring rings. I don't claim to be an expert, but for the price, these binoculars appear to be very good quality. The zoom feature works well, but you do have to adjust the focus when zooming in or out. I think that's to be expected with a manually focused piece of equipment like this and refocusing is very quick and easy. They're relatively lightweight and compact in size compared to some of the larger 50mm lense binoculars of the Porro Prism design. Overall, I'm pleased with these binoculars and recommend them to anyone looking for a reasonable quality pair of binoculars at a reasonable price.

T. Vuong:
After reading many reviews, I decided on this binoculars for its price and zoom range. I purchased it new for $60 plus tax in May 2009. We went on an Alaska cruise and continued on with a RV to Denali NP. I used it almost every day extensively and I would definitely say that I am very happy with my decision. It is probably not the best binoculars but for the price and what I need for my trip, I am very happy with it.
It has great and clear optics. I love the ability to zoom in and out. It allows me to see thing with a wide view and zoom it if I see things of interest. It was great to spot eagles (In Glacier Bay NP,I was able to spot an eagle on an iceberg so far away) and big manmals in Denali. The 8x-16x is just right. At 16x, I have to be very steady. I can not see how I can get my hands to be steadier for more powerful zoom.
I would definite recommend everyone to get a zoom binos over a fixed one, it is so much more interactive and fun!!
The 40mm lens is also great. There is very little lost of light as you zoom in on a object or scen. Yes, it is just a heavier than the small compact one.
I also bought a harness for it and...
