This is a slightly strange, but ultimately worthwhile lavender flavoring agent. The listed ingredients are "Organic compatible alcohol, natural flavors, lavender extractives." When you smell it straight out of the bottle, besides lavender I swear you can smell vanilla and possibly cloves. When I experimented with it I found that there was a fine line between too much and too little. Too little and you don't get the flavor you want, too much and it becomes less lavender-ish. This doesn't come with a dropper, so you have to find your own. I used a disposable pipette
