I used the OliveNation Blueberry and Mango extracts for flavoring the topping of some conchas I baked, and they were both highly effective flavorings and worked very well. The blueberry tasted just like a blueberry muffin, and the mango was a hit! The flavor held up just fine throughout baking and the topping was wonderfully fruity. Picture is of Mango/Maple ones but imagine the same thing but blue.

Flavor is a bit artificial but not bad tasing. I used in muffins. I don’t think it would be good in coffee or something like that.
