The description is totally accurate. I didn't try to order this anti-antiperspirant deodorant that is clearly listed and depicted in this listing 3 times between may and December 2023 and get the regular deodorant that is in my picture from them every time. I don't regret holding onto a wrong item in May because summer was coming and I could use that too. True, I did take a pic of the actual item that I keep receiving from this listing and it doesn't at all match what they say, but that's because I'm a 100% satisfied customer and the system works perfectly.

The fragrance is good, and not at all reminiscent of the classic Old Spice aftershave that women seem to associate with men of a certain generation. Its anti-perspirant is reasonably strong, but not bullet-proof.
I do wish this class of product was easier to find. My local drugstores seem to stock plenty of deodorants and even a few anti-perspirants, but no products that offered both; not that I could find.
