sandra russell: This was well paced and a very gripping book. I haven't read this author before and I was pleasantly surprised

United States on Oct 27, 2023

Bob King: It was well paced with lots of action to keep your interest.

Canada on Oct 27, 2023

Lyall Hutchinson: It was an enjoyable book to read, the characters are believable and aren’t “superhuman” It kept me interested and I look forward to reading the next book in the series.

Canada on Oct 26, 2023

Joan Gales: Fast paced and well written. Exposes the dark underside of the CCP and their MSS operatives subverting and abusing poor nations in their acclaimed sphere of influence. Great read.

United States on Oct 23, 2023

Warren Salt: Great book. Easy to read and engaging. Easy to follow and get to know the characters once you get into the book. A little confusing at the start as the character and plot development begins. Then, it quickly gets better and moves on with the story. Another solid book similar to many others from this author.

Amazon Customer: Liked the plot, however, I wish the backstory on Marion and Mahjong had been completed. Also, I’m picky on obvious errors that are missed by editors. Dr. Hampton changed to Dr. Hanson a few times too many. A nice quick read and most characters were believable!

United States on Sep 27, 2023

Kindle Customer: It started slow. Then got very exciting and hard to turn down. But the end seemed very rushed. Let's see how the second book in the series turns out.

United States on Sep 14, 2023

Morph: Not a bad book, just not as fast-paced or full of action as the Harry Bauer series by Blake Banner.
I won’t rush to read the second book.

United Kingdom on Aug 13, 2023

Jewella C. Miranda: Good humour, clarity and concise without extraneous drama.
Why are twelve more words required to pander and puff when eight suffice?

India on Jun 27, 2023

beastbeauty: For a book about an ultrasecret agency of the US Govt one expects more action. Several pages go before anyone dies!

I will try one more in the series - if it sets the same slow pace, then I’m done.
