I use this with some wide toothed combs and the Chris Christensen brush, and my dogs LOVE their coat maintenance sessions with me. Even my long-haired diva's hair stays relatively clean and tangle-free, with only every other day maintenance. And everyone comments on how incredibly soft they both are, even my short-wiry-haired guy!! There is not a strong odor, and a little spritz goes a long way. Definitely no drenching the dogs to get results. Love, love, love The Stuff.

This stuff is like Armoural for dogs.
It was recommended by a groomer. I use it faithfully on my Goldendoodle that has Poodle fur.
Word of caution if you overspray, your floors will become like an ice rink

I bought a 16 oz ready-to-use bottle of The Stuff a few months ago. My double-coated mutt mats easily so I brush her weekly. The Stuff for Dogs has saved both of us time and energy. I’m amazed by how easily mats brush out and how soft her fur is when I finish. After a few months of weekly brushing, I’ve only gone through a little more than a quarter of the bottle.
The spray nozzle can be frustrating as it won’t spray accurately if not completely upright. However, I’ve only run into this problem a few times. The bottle comes with a cap to prevent spilling, too.
My only concern about this product is that they don’t disclose the ingredients (besides stating that it is of a silicon formulation). However, I will continue to use this leave-in conditioner unless I find something better, as my dog doesn’t react negatively to it.

I have an Afghan Hound. This untangles, soften, gives shine to her coat. It allows you, also, to give you a few more weeks extra between bath. Its great for her paws after a rainy day.

I was recommended this product and I also highly recommend it. I used to spend 2 hours a day grooming my long haired Malshi. Tangles were ever present, but not the brush glides through her hair and I am done in about 15 minutes. She is happy and so am I. I will definitely be buying again. It smells nice too. The only downside is the bottle. It needs a small hole to pour through rather than a large neck. thinking it was a conditioner I was expecting it to be thick and it is VERY RUNNY. Works like a charm, but just be very careful when pouring it.

Some of the shops I work in prohibit the use for that reason. Honestly if you do it correctly it’s not gonna get all over your floor. It’s best to spray the dog in the tub and then put them somewhere to dry.
What I love about this product the most is that it repels urine and long coated dogs
