Cindy C.: The media could not be loaded.  Loved it came as a bundle with the other spin toy for Under $19. They made the dogs think and play! Loved you can make it as easy or hard as you like. However I couldn’t switch the red boxes lids around to put lids facing out for easier opening but our dogs figured it out anyway. It does slide around if you have an excited and rough dog like we do lol. I had to keep it close so they wouldn’t carry off or slide it and not be able to play. Putting by a wall helps some. I gave 4 stars because of the sliding and doors but it’s a great toy. And they weren’t able to eat the plastic as it’s made strong. My dogs can tear up a long toy too..

Robert Phillips: Very easy to fill with kibble or small treats. Our dog Millie goes straight to this treat toy first thing and works at it until she gets every last piece of kibble out of it. Great stimulus for your dog.

Kyle D.: My dog loves this toy and it is very durable. It's an easier puzzle to solve, but there are no issues with parts not moving correctly, or human intervention required. My dog is excited whenever I bring this toy out for it to play with.

sadiekins07: These are pretty heavy-duty toys, and definitely do their job of keeping the pup entertained and stimulated. She did break off one the flaps from frustration, but I should have been paying more attention while she was using it. Also, don’t get a toy that you think is just above your dogs ability level, because they’ll just get frustrated and either give up or wreck it, do the steps as recommended and let them get used to that level toy before going up. We tried skipping a level because our dog is crazy smart and that was why she got frustrated and ripped a piece off. Also, some toys in this line have tiny rubber stoppers in the bottom, I recommend either removing them completely or supergluing them in because they pop out easily and present an ingestion hazard.

Sara Magnusson: Works good for mental stimulation. My guy took a while to sort out the steps to get to the treats, it's pretty durable, but definitely something to use with close supervision.

Amazon CustomerAmazon Customer: We just bought this puzzle for our two-year old dog. This is her second puzzle from the same company. This one is a little more complicated, requiring the dog to remove and move the parts around to access hidden treats inside and underneath the sliders. The puzzle is incredibly sturdy and well built. Highly recommended, especially with Zeke’s peanut butter training treats!

Danielle Gallo: I have a golden retriever puppy who is an adorable menace. If I don’t provide her with exercise & mental stimulation daily, she will nonstop destroy everything in my house. We do this puzzle every day with half of the kibble from her meal. It helps her behavior for the rest of the day! It’s easy to set up and clean and interesting enough that she doesn’t get bored. We have other interactive toys but this is definitely one of her favorites!

Amanda: my chihuahua loves this and it doesn't slide around. it might for a larger dog with more power, but overall super great and love that you can increase the difficulty with the white bones.

mortie3kmortie3k: Turns out that if you take this thing apart - and I mean ENTIRELY apart, til you can’t take it apart any more (to clean it because you thought putting peanut butter in some of the spots was a good idea) it can become a level 4 puzzle for humans!

We love this thing. One of the best dog toys I’ve ever had. This was our dog’s first puzzle toy, and she is very bright so we went right for the hardest one in this series.

We didn't give her any hints or let her watch us load it. Just set it in front of her. It has been so entertaining to watch her figure things out.

We have had it for a month, and it’s holding up well. She sometimes still tries the “brute force” method, but it stands up to all the pawing, scratching, and biting she has dished out so far. Granted- we don’t leave it laying around for her to gnaw on, and when she was learning she did initially try chewing but as long as you supervise and don’t leave this laying around when not being used it’s surprisingly durable.
Once, my dog clawed the green disk out but it pops right back in easily.

Word to the wise though. Don’t put peanut butter in it. If you...

Ash: I have four dogs ranging from 15 to 140 pounds, and all of them can easily use this toy. It is much larger than I expected, but it moves easily enough that my smallest dog, who is 15 and blind but still very active, can still use it. Even if my little guy couldn't use it, it's difficult to find food toys big enough for my Saint Bernard to use safely, and this one fits the bill, so that's a big bonus!

It holds quite a bit of food and the rubberized bottom is a blessing for my sanity (and my tile/hardwood floors. I say it's good for *active* dogs because not only does this toy require the dog to use their brain to get the food out, they also have to move their body around to find the food that spins out. I know most dogs will just bop it around and the food will fall out close by, but for dogs like my pit bull who must smash everything as hard as possible, flinging food everywhere in the process, this thing holds up and provides a good all around outlet for mental and physical energy.

My only complaint is that the door just sort of sits in there, held in place by a few tabs rotated about a quarter of a turn, making it easy for a pawsy dog like my pit...
