Hi5tina: I have had this for 7 months now. It took me a bit of time to figure it all out, but it has all been worth it. I want to first say, that the Laundry Detergent Sheets are the best thing to use for it. I did not trust the pods. I did use Laundry Powder Detergent (as suggested) but it started to leave powder detergent on the clothes. One thing to know about this is that the faucet hooks onto a certain type of part of the faucet. That took me forever to figure out, read the info that others have left for how to do it because I am not a plumber, and I think by the grace of a Laundry Angel I was able to figure it out one day. Lol. Next, if you have to move it, do it in a Gentle manner. I picked it up and plopped it down one time and it shook something loose and I could not get it to work. I was ready to throw it away, but my friend came over and said "oh this hose is loose," or something like that and he got it to work. Also if you are draining it into the sink you might want to stand next to it the first time to make sure the hose does not pop out of the sink and give your kitchen a bath. Antonio GalindoAntonio Galindo: Okay so I was not aware that this was shipped via 3rd party. It was shipped by FedEx. The people who sent the machine isn’t at fault, it’s the people who were delivering it!!!! I AM MAD IM UPSET!!!!! I was really looking forward to my washing machine. I was set to return it but the company messaged me right away! Their response time was awesome. They asked me to try out the machine to see if it still functioned & it did. It looks like maybe a forklift struck the box, it punctured just the outside of the washer. It didn’t quite get into the computer part where the buttons are.. After testing it out, it does work. It really is just cosmetic. It’s a really nice looking washer so that kinda bums me out that it’s broken BUT I’m grateful it functions. I did have to get an attachment for the water hose it comes with. That hose didn’t fit any of my faucets. Washer works 100%. It’s not too heavy, it weighs about 40 lbs all together.
