Elise: Ladies: Facial sweat sucks, yes?? ...Especially if u want to wear makeup.

For me, I swear my body seems to want to expel all of my it's sweat that needs to escape only thru my face. Which, of course, is embarrassing per se.... But, I was so pleased with a discovery I recently made in regards to this issue, that I felt it's only right that I share it with any & all of u that might struggle just the same....

So, I've been trying different facial deodorants recently after I first saw a commercial for Carpé's special all-over deodorants while watching TV last year. So I started with their specailized facial deodorant lotion, but their lil tube($24.95) ran out WAY TOO FAST & the liquid lotion seemed to take forever to dry after applying. I then tried Lumi's whole body deodorant creme($20.44), but I did not like what theirs did to my makeup when applying it on top. Worst of all, both did not do a fantastic job, either. I'd quickly begin to sweat right thru both of them less than an hour after my first application of the day. Diane: As I have gotten older and hit menopause, I find that I have become a huge face sweater in the dead of summer in the heat. Huge.. to the point that it is embarrassing to me to be dripping when you are talking to someone. And as a contact lens wearer, the sweat was constantly dripping in my eyes. Orev: Empêche vraiment la transpiration du visage, à condition que ce dernier soit vraiment sec lors de la pose du gel.
Avant que le gel soit complètement sec, il laisse une pellicule collante et brillante. Une fois complètement sec la peau est lisse, ensuite je conseille d'appliquer une crème de jour sinon la peau paraît très sèche.

Cons :
1. You need to apply very particular amount of this gel depending on weather. If you apply more or less than it you will end up sweating more.

Ms_T_bngl: This product is weird. I sweat a lot on just my face which I find humiliating. I put this stuff on and I feel the sweat/pours fight against it... I felt like my face was covered in sweat but when I touched it it was just little particles that came through...it don't work for long. A few hours maybe then you start to get bits of sweat come through and when that happens the very short honeymoon is over . It's like the sweat build up underneath and comes through eventually and then when you wipe your skin the product slides off with the wipe. If this stuff lasted longer I'd recommend it... but I don't think the hour is worth the tingling weird sensation. can't be good for your skin to block it like that. I dunno.
