Labhrian: UPDATE - I was contacted by seller after several weeks & my purchase price refunded for this product, which I do appreciate. As a result I have bumped the rating up 1 star, not for the product, but because I did receive a refund.
I have been buying this product for quite some time & am very familiar with its appearance, texture & smell. This batch from this seller was ‘off’ - arrived sealed but with no lid & product had a very strong chemical odor, unlike previous purchases. I left the product out overnight but the odor was still very strong the next day. As I was uncomfortable giving to my dogs, I disposed of the product. I contacted the seller using Amazon’s contact inquiry, but received no response. I might try purchasing this product one more time, but will not buy it from this seller.

2Waked2Baked: I rated this product a 3 because the very first time I tried giving both my girls a treat they both sniffed it and shook their heads and walked away. So then I tried giving it to them with their treats and that was a no go. So then I tried mixing it in with their wet food and that was also a no go too. Everything I tried failed actually. My kitties just didn't like the chews period. Nothing against the company or anything, but they do smell funny. Maybe if they smelled more cat friendly it would be different. I don't know. Thanks for your time.

Amanda: Our dog loves these and definitely drools the moment we open the container. We have noticed a really good response to these and have definitely reduced the paw licking, rubbing and overall scratching. I wouldn't say this is 100% the solution for allergy purposes - we needed to give the pup baths and wash paws regularly due to allergies. But these still helped overall and are definitely a good solution, pups coat is also very soft and we noticed less shedding overall also. We give our pup whos a pocket bully these chews and the probiotic ones, although he prefers these over the probiotics ha ha!

Tucan: This is GREAT to clear up hot spots and belly itch! But it does NOT ship well in heat. Mine expanded and leaked all over. Had to replace by getting locally instead. Definitely recommend product, but be aware when and where you are getting it shipped.

berda: Before the Pandemic my dog ChaCha began having itching problems so I did some research and changed her dog food to no grain everything was going great and then the brand of dogfood is no longer available bummer ,after the Pandemic I began to see her itching/biting became more to make a long story short Ice changed shampoo and even tried tea tree oil etc. I have been using now over a month and still itching and biting 😞 I'm not saying it doesn't work but not for my 🐶 or maybe just need more time to work .. #HopeForChaCha

DanielleDanielle: I am amazed at the difference this product (in conjunction with others, which I'll touch on in this teview) has made on my 20 month old Boston Terrier's (Gary) fur.
First, some background on what this product was purchased for:
Gary had a rough start and had to be dewormed several times when he was young and had to be on antibiotics as well. I'm convinced this destroyed his immune system and led to allergies. He started shedding around 6 months....a LOT. Hair was everywhere in my house and I could endlessly lint-roll it off of him. Around August of 2019 (he was just over 1 year) he started to get bumps, which we learned were folliculitis. They would fill with pus (sorry, gross), crust, dry out and flake off, causing an *insane* level of dandruff. Each bump that flaked off took the hair around it with it, leaving Gary with chunks of fur missing. He also had general thinning of his fur on his shoulders and sides. On his back, his fur was wiry and hard toward his butt.
The vet's answer was always to give him baths 2x a week with medicated shampoo and give him an antibiotic shot to heal the bumps. It would work for a few weeks, but the bumps came right back every...
