Frankie: Pour certain, c'est un achat inutile. Pour moi, il en va de ma sécurité. Chaîne très robuste et en acier inoxydable. Après une tentative d'intrusion dans mon logement (immeuble à logement) la porte avant est presque toujours débarrée.

Christopher A Gans: I upgraded the rating because Amazon customer service overrode the sellers return policy and gave me a full refund.
Just a warning to everyone. This product in non returnable. The product did not fit our requirements and we are now unable to return it. Money down the drain. In all the years buying on Amazon, I have never had this happen. I'd give 0 stars but that is not possible.
