Kythic: I searched so long for a full length skirt that I would like. It can be high waisted and goes to my ankles but doesn’t drag the floor. Beware that it is very water sensitive and gets dark quick. It was lightweight and not sheer where the lining was. Flows very well too, perfect for pictures

It stays up and doesn't pull down like a lot of longer skirts do. It can be dressed up or down. For reference I'm 5'7 and 138lbs and am wearing a medium.
