Sadie: I registered and purchased this extra cover to have for my nursing pillow. Baby is now 5.5 months old, outgrowing the nursing pillow, and we have never needed to change the cover. Save your money. I didn't need an extra cover for my nursing pillow.

Mikhaylia: Material is pretty comfortable, I wish the length for the waist could be made a bit longer, although its much nicer than the velcro on the original pillow cover, but it still works for it's intended purpose as a cover for my pillow

Jackie (Copy) Crawford: This pillow does what you need it to (support for a baby - especially a very young one new to breastfeeding) but it's very hard to get the cover on and off for washing (essential after spit up, leakage happens). The last time I tried I ended up ripping the foam pillow so had to throw the whole thing away.

Amazon Customer: This was a great addition to my existing My Brest Friend pillow. The pillow comes with a washable cover, but it’s really handy to have a second cover for when the first one is in the wash. The covers are fairly thin and not super absorbent, so they’re not great to protect the foam of the pillow, but I got a waterproof sleeve on Etsy that fits under the cover.

chumee: If you’re using the cushion, you need at least one extra cover as there will be leaks, spit-up and drool to contend with.
