OKBlondlady: I’ve tried several brands & this is my favorite, back to order another jar today. We lived in North Africa for several years & loved the food, I use this in many dishes, it’s wonderful! Even a simple dish w a dash of this brings it to a different level. I made nacho topping w black beans, corn & tomatoes; added chili powder and this, my neighbor loved it! Couldn’t believe how good it was.
I highly recommend this spice mix, other gram Marsala blends I’ve purchased have had too much of this or that, this blend is perfect in my opinion.
