CarolynCarolyn: The first thing my daughter did when she saw this was ask if it was real. The detail is nice, and the black for the eyes and the nose is subtle enough that it doesn’t look like it was blatantly painted - but more-so gives you that dark empty abyss look. I filled it with some sola flowers and dried greenery because we have this rustic farmhouse/southwestern vibe going on in our house; in which this fits perfectly. It’s a lightweight resin feeling container, that’s well formed, detailed, and sturdy. The only con, which didn’t pose an issue for us personally, is just due to the general irregular shape, the bottom of the piece is a little uneven so you may want to hot glue some felt for a softer seat with some give.
I love it. The measurements are spot on so pay attention to those, because pictures usually make things look bigger than they really are.

Lita Lita LitaLita Lita Lita: I couldn't tell from the images, but rolled the dice anyway and struck gold. This skull planter is every bit as realistic as I had hoped. It's very light weight but feels solid. I can't wait to shove a bunch of lithops in it and give it to my boyfriend.
