Mightyo: This hat is perfect for my hubby golfing or doing yard work. It has the cooling effect if you wet it. It allows air to flow thru, for cooling the head and its very light weight & comfortable. Keeps damaging sun rays off of his head, too. It quickly became his favorite! Easy to fold up, if desired. Roll it up, stick it in your pocket. Looks great. Great value.

Chad SabinChad Sabin: While there are many sun hats out there, you’ll be happy to know from a first time sun hat buyer THIS is the best and for a couple of reasons:

SPF 50: This hat blocks out those harmful UV rays. I was canoeing for 3-4 hours and camped outside all day! No sun burn.

Cooling tech: I loved taking my hat and dipping it into the water and squeezing out the access water and putting back on to feel that cooling sensation. Lasted a long while and impressed at how well it worked.

Quality: Materials used in this hat was superb and loved the airflow on top of the hat. Pair that with hat getting wet/cooling tech and the breeze and felt amazing on a very hot day.

MJ: Left my other hat at a resort so I had to replace it. Decided on this one. Main difference is this is a 'soft' style so makes for easy packing. The size is true and it will help stay cool if you dip it in water.
Overall I am happy with the purchase.
Oh, this is not waterproof so expect it to absorb the rain.

Sally K.Sally K.: I wish Mission made different sizes that wasn’t “one size fits most” because they do make great products. I chose this one since it has the adjustment at the base of the crown hoping I could tighten it. I have a very small head and this works because I put my hair in a bun and I put that into the hat also. Tightening around the bun also keeps this on. In an ideal world I’d want a smaller hat with a ponytail hole. However, the cooling on this does work and is so helpful on the water.
