Caneable: I should've read the ingredients before purchasing. Furikake I used to get was just seaweed, sesame seeds. I got it to be a salt substitute.
This one, never used this brand before, it has salt and seaweed. No reason for that, seaweed is naturally salty, so adding salt is overkill, bad for people who need to watch their sodium intake.

Used it on a tomato sandwich, as per Eric Kim's directions in NY Times food section. Outstanding!
Next tried it on fried eggs. Magnificent!
Can't wait to try it on vegetables and fish. I imagine I will run out of adjectives once I do!
