jasmine: Super tiny, round, dry, soft pebbles. They didn’t have a smell but I wouldn’t recommend actually trying to sniff them they are a little dusty like. They held up well during shipment.

John Critchley: I was searching for Polyacrylamide (a common water adsorbing gel for water treatment). Amazon directed me to Perlite, and another consumer said it was Polyacrylamide. When I received it, it was nothing like a polymer. Sent it back.
