Salena. I: I wasn't sure what to expect with the mixed reviews. However I'm happy with what I received. Didn't take long to arrive and what I requested is fairly accomplished. I got a picture and engraving. It is not in color however I think it looks better the way it was sent. I would definitely buy again.

Ayesha: The first order I received had a crack. They were nice enough to replace my order. I resent the information. I sent a text message asking if they received the email with the updated info. The response was YES. I got the new item (no imperfections) but with missing info.
I’m not sure I wan5 to order again :(
It was a gift for my newborn grandson.
They said they will refund my initial order and I reordered another.
The customer service is really good
