windsurfergal: Easy to insert and remove. Overall, these fit my Garmin 45S well, as well as my husband's Vivoactive.
However, I thought this plug would stay on while windsurfing, but it didn't. Thank goodness there are lots of them included to replace the ones that fall off:)
These work as advertised unless you do rigorous activities.

Nora: Constantly cleaning the contacts on the watch must have removed something and they started giving me a rash. These little covers quickly fixed that and keeps the contacts clean so the charger cable connects more reliably.

Robopup: This is an awesome product - how helpful it is overall, I think Garmin designed it without needing it but it’s a peace of mind to have it. The quality is great and the fit is snug. In other words, I haven’t seen any dust or dirt after working out in the field. Would recommend it.

D Archer: They come in lil carry cases so you don’t have to worry about losing them when you lose the one you’re using 😂
They fit well on the forerunner 245music does not stick out or irritate your wrist.
