CConcept: After a trip with all three bags out of the country and back (5 flights) I must say these worked well. Checked the two larger and carried on the small one. They roll good, hold more than enough (watch your weight), and the zippers are still holding and working well.

LOOK OUT. Don't check the bag with the zippers locked because they sticking out on the side and will get destroyed by the airline. The zippers and lock can't take the forces that the bag is scraped along the sides and will break/snap off. - I ended up just using a twist tie to hold the zippers togeather.

A. Verchimak: Updated: First review after purchase follows update.
Used these for the first time flying from Chicago to Tampa. Passed the test after the round trip flight. Outside of a few scuff marks on the cases, they held up fine. Wheel all were in tact too. Rolled as smoothly at the end of the trip as the beginning.
A few notes.
When zipping the cases closed, sometimes we needed to kind of hold up the top part to get a smooth zip.
And the cases are not solid panels, they do flex some. To help with that, we made sure the cases were packed in a way that the sides didn't give much when closed. On the return trip, we expanded one of the cases for more room, for souvenirs, and that case was fine. So far, I would definitely recommend this set, especially at the price it was and for how well it handled the trip.

Needed a new set of luggage. After spending a lot of time searching and reading reviews, decided to order this set in blue.
Everything was delivered without a scratch, actually a day earlier than expected. Checked all 3 pieces after opening.
The wheels roll very easily when empty. The handles all work properly and are a comfortable height, I'm 6'2". All zippers...

Leigh A. DelanyLeigh A. Delany: These cases are beautiful. They can maneuver around anything, however the wheels extension from the bottom of the case makes the carry-on smaller than those with built in wheels. That being said, they are roomy and the hard shell protects your stuff. My one complaint is the zippered compartments are below the opening of the case, forcing the zipper to be way too low to zip up easily. Even if you don't overfill that side of the case, it is still very hard to zip around the corners. This should have been better planned. The cases themselves are not indestructible, Delta managed to scratch the large case (looks like they dragged it on its face over a rough tarmac), and the carry-on got burned. No, they are not cigarette burns. They are from the brake light falling into the trunk on the rental car. Currently trying to get the rental car company to buy me a new case. Wish me luck!

ToddTodd: Like most travelers, I spent quite a bit of time researching, researching and researching (did I mention researching) to find the best bang for my buck when it came to a hard shell luggage set. I needed something with integrated TSA locks (check!), plenty of space with zippered compartments (check!), sturdy wheels and handles (check, check!), wouldn't crumple or dent easily from airline abuse (reinforced corners, check!), and all at a decent price point (check!)! Finally, they must look good (CHECK!)!

When I received them, the first thing I noticed was how FANTASTIC they look! They definitely look high-end and so sharp! The next thing I took notice of was how great they were packaged (each suitcase was wrapped in plastic, all handled were wrapped, even the little emblem on each piece was covered with a small piece of adhesive plastic!)! They arrived in perfect condition, are lightweight and feel very sturdy! I can't wait to take them on their maiden voyage on my upcoming cruise, when I'll be able to test out their strength against both the airline baggage handlers and the port workers! Thanks Merax, great product!
