Kaitlin Magee: I needed some new socks and these seemed sturdy and durable. Boy, are they ever! Thick and warm, perfect for fall and winter. People who wear boots will enjoy the comfort of these socks. They stretch a decent amount but still barely fit around my muscular calves. I can't say they're the most visually attractive socks in the world but they get the job done and that's what counts.

Paul: It's hard to find just plain old white cotton socks that fit well. I've tried all the major sports brands and they are ALL way too tight and so thin! Dickies is hands down the best. It's not as tight. I've tried almost every size. So far the 12-15 size fits best in regards to "width" but it's just too long. I compromised and went with size 6-12 because it's the perfect length but could be a tad wider though.
Also, when I took it out of the second wash, somehow a few of them started to unravel and the string tied up all the other ones together. I had to separate them by snapping the string. Gotta work on that Dickies!!
Other than that I highly recommend the socks if you're looking some good ol' plain white socks without all the "comfort bands" and weird designs. Just keep sticking with simple Dickies! I'll keep buying.

Teresa: if you like thin high calf socks then these are a good sock for the money. the use of the word 'cushion' in the description is misleading, there is no cushion. they are very thin but i could wear two pair if i need thicker. and finally i got some socks that are big enough to get on easily. i'm a size 12, most socks are for size 6-12 and sometimes it's a wrestling match getting the socks pulled on but these are definitely 10-13. they go on very easy. i wish the calf length was 2 inches shorter but i just fold them down. i'm happy with em.

MykailMykail: These socks are comfortable, warm, and stand up well to washing. They fit well for someone with big feet (size 15 extra extra wide), but I wish they were a little looser at the top.
