P: I use this for CCW. I just replaced the first one I bought and it lasted for nearly 7 years. The color faded and the plastic inside the belts outline began to show but the only functional flaw was the velcro became too weak to do it's job.
If you carry appendix one of the keys is having tons of finite adjustments which this belt accommodates whereas a belt with just punched holes is limiting. I like that I can put the velcro section over the clip to pu;; the holster into me to aid in concealment and also obscure the clip on my belt if my shirt lifts. Also fine for behind the hip or open carry.
The belt has good rigidity that makes carrying items on it comfortable and safe. Allows access to tools and they aren't flopping all over the place like cheap leather belts.
Even if you don't carry firearms these type of belts have endless uses for trades people or folks that just want a minimalist sturdy belt. I almost want to give 4.5 stars for comfort because if you have a tactical muffin top and you rub against the edge of the belt it is slightly uncomfortable. Would buy again, likely will buy multiples.

James Bainbridge: Great quality belt, worth the price, reordered another type from 511 after seeing this one. It'll last forever if not exposed to blades or extreme heat.

JOHN PIETY: This is a great belt for carrying. The velcro is nice, keeps it from loosening. BUT!! The actual buckle is very sharp and will cut into your belly. I spent about 30 minutes with a dremel and fixed it, but I would think for this price this should be cleaned up at the factory.

quazi o. kabir: If this belt is used with care it could last year after year. The look of the belt, length, and width is absolutely fantastic. I am not a fan of the velcro on this belt it makes it very challenging to push the belt through the lobes. Rating: 4 out of 5 stars.

Ron M: I wasn't either, but now that I'm wearing it (mine's black) I wish I'd had it years ago.
Why ? (Thanks for asking.)
Well, mostly because I've spent a lifetime suffering belts that
1) Alternately swelled when damp and then shrank when dry,
2) Stretched over time, both the material itself and their fixed adjustment holes,
(Oh yeah. Them darned holes. Never exactly where they need to be, right ? )
3) Often proved too flimsy to support the variety of waist-borne gear that I need on location ...and...
4) Needed to be painfully tight to work, but nevertheless would ALWAYS
5) Eventually let me (and my trousers) down.
Not only does this belt definitely solve ALL of those problems, but I feel that it also delivers four bonuses that I did not expect.
First of all, it's really elegant. It turns out that this Tactical Trainer Belt's 1.5 inch width fits nearly all pants (all of mine, even some of the most rigorously formal that I own) ...and I was amazed to be complimented on its black stainless "horseshoe" buckle and the subtlety of its webbing's integration with dress trousers ...by (of all people) a "fashionista" costume...

Kurtz: Great belts. Seem to last forever.
I've been wearing this model of belt for many years full time and it's still going strong.
Bought another one for another person.
