P Buhmann: I read the book and really enjoyed it - I have underlined parts of every page in the book. I am using the book in 2 different Men's Bible study groups. Biblically based and lots of good ideas based on experience and common sense. 5 stars !!!

Terry Jarrard: I'm not exaggerating. Every man should read this book... Multiple times! I know I plan to read it again. And with so many books, and magazine and the like to read, choosing to read something again stresses how good this is.

Paul Eddy: Whilst set in an American context, Stephen’s assessment of today’s societal view of men is really helpful. His suggestions as to how men can reclaim manhood in a responsible way, channelling their strength and personalities could be really liberating to families, churches and culture. He says things in his classic blunt way, so if you are a sensitive type, might not be for you. Stephen books are always like holding up a mirror - highly recommend this book!
