Taffy: I am a 66 year old grandma, I bought 2 of these for my 3 year old grandson and 4 year old granddaughter. I put both together in 10 minutes total. So cute. Cannot wait to give them as gifts.

Sara StaszelSara Staszel: Our son (18 months) loves push toys, and shopping carts are no exception. We had the Little Tikes cart and the Target play cart before getting this one during the Prime Day sale.

Pros:
-Super easy to assemble. It's just a simple screwing of two preassembled pieces.
-Durable. The body is metal and the wheels aren't made of cheap plastic. It has so far withstood several parking lots and stores.
-Great distraction for son at the store. We do take this out with us and put our smaller purchases in there, like canned goods.

Cons:
It's pricey for sure, so we waited a while for it to be on sale. Even then, still paid a good amount for it.

trijntrijn: This shopping cart was a hit with all the grandkids but not the dog. My 20 month old grandson spent hours pushing this thing around the house. As you can see, I added bumpers to protect vertical obstructions and the dog. It’s very sturdy and well made. Highly recommend it. Wastes a lot of kid energy.

DOUG R.DOUG R.: This shopping cart is very well built, realistic, and extremely functional, just like a real grocery store shopping cart. It will last for years, and provide hours and hours of fun, I am sure.
If I could give it 4.75 Stars, I would, but I can't give it 5 Stars because of one very small design flaw (IMHO). When the baby seat in the cart is not in use and is folded "closed", the red plastic seat does not fold completely flat against the back of the cart. As a result, it sticks out into the cart a bit. I don't think it will bother the child, but it does stick out enough to catch on things when taking them out of the cart (see picture with seat closed).
I know it sounds like nit-picking, but I'm always very impressed by Doug & Melissa products and this seemed odd. After assembling it, I felt certain I had assembled it incorrectly. Based on responses I received from others when I asked the question though, it seems that is not the case. Like I said, 4.75 Stars, for sure.
