Patty Bingaman: Arches paper seems to be the artist choice of watercolor paper. however Bahong paper seems to be a better paper, results are good and I seem to like this paper better than arches

Amazon Customer: I really like this. Handles erasers well. Easily lift off colors. My only real complaint, and it's not really a complaint, is that it's described as a pad when it's actually a block.

Sarah: This paper is fantastic. Goodbye canson and strathmore. It’s comparatively cheap for the quality. Will absolutely buy again! It holds up will to multiple and heavy washes. Colors are vibrant and beautiful! Texture is perfect. Only thing I don’t like is that it’s a block, much prefer sheets or pads but, for how well this paper works with watercolor I’ll happily separate it.

Michael A. AdkinsMichael A. Adkins: I always love trying out new papers and I love the texture and feel of this paper. I also love that it is in a block. This prevents the paper from curling when you add a lot of water. I did find the paper not as absorbant as others and it takes a bit for the pigment to soak in. But that is easy to account for when painting. I liked the paper so much I just ordered the 9x13 hot press watercolor paper.
