sunshine-tr: Diese Dattelpaste ist mega lecker und wirklich etwas Besonderes. Die Konsistenz ist eher dickflüssig zäh. Ich habe diese Dattelpaste bestellt, weil die Medjool Datteln wirklich etwas Tolles sind. Eher Premium qualität. und die Paste gerade aus diesen Datteln ist erwartungsgemäß sehr lecker.
Damit habe ich Schokoladenpralinen gemacht. 1 Schicht geschmolzene vegane Schokolade, dann erkalten lassen und darauf 1/2 Teelöffel von der Dattelpaste und darauf wieder geschmolzene Schokolade. Alles erkalten lassen. Schmeckt sensationell gut.
Kann man auch aufs Brot schmieren, ist mir aber zu heftig. Man kann nicht wirklich viel davon essen.
Top Qualität. Sehr leckerer Geschmack. Einfach Top. Ich werde sie definitiv wieder bestellen.

Lori Sarazine: We ordered this date spread to use as a sugar substitute while doing the Daniel fast. It is so delicious that we have used it both as a sweetener when baking, and also as a jelly to put on rice cakes, banana bread, etc. We like it so much that we plan to continue to use it even when the fast is over!

V. Cascino: I add this to my NAMA juicer (with the sorbet attachment) when making banana ice cream. It adds a great flavor. I saw recipes that said to add softened dates to the ice cream but, I figured this would be even easier. It's very sweet, so I don't need a lot. It is a little pricey, but it goes a long way so I feel like it's worth it.
I'm currently on the AIP diet and this was one of the few sweet things I could eat. Definitely worth it!
Side note: even when I'm not on this diet I'm going to continue eating banana ice cream. It is soooooo good!

intensiv, guter Geschmack aber für meinen Verbrauch zu große Menge. Laut Deklarationsverweis sollte das angefangene Glas nach 30 Tagen verbraucht werden- ich weiß, man muss es nicht zwingend...
Meine Lösung bestand darin mir etwas abzufüllen und den Löwenanteil zu verschenken.
Ich bin vermutlich kein wirklicher Maßstab, denn - was die eigene Herstellung hiermit betrifft - viel zu selten am Start.
Geschmacklich aber gut.
