Douglas S Carroll: Goes good on anything, but I particularly like it on Pork and Chicken. Additionally, I have used it on beef, moose, and deer meat. My son thinks it is the best and I agree. I have tried all of the other Gospel Rubs and this one is by far the best on everything even thought here is nothing wrong with the other ones.
