WichitaWoman: These are nice dark black and opaque, not sheer, which is what I want in my tights. They are so soft and comfortable. I wash them in a lingerie bag in the washing machine set to handwash and hang them to dry overnight. I've worn them several times without any snags or runs.
I buy 3X so they will come up all the way over my stomach. If you too are 5' 3" and want them at your waist buy smaller sizes.

Sue Tesoro: These tights are so soft and comfortable! They are thick and sturdy. They are also very easy to get on, wore them to work under a dress and they didn’t roll down or hurt my waist. The color too is the deepest black I really love these and am going to stock up on them, that’s how good they are! They fit amazing!

Juline K. Lambert: I can’t believe I’m writing this! I LOVE THESE!!! Just finishing up a 30 day cruise and took two pair, so I could wash and line dry them. They fit like a charm, and don’t have a single snag, run or tear in them after every day use for a month. I usually make it about two wears and have runs and snags. Even my dry heels and sharp nails aren’t snagging them! Just buy them! They have just enough control without feeling like you are wearing a girdle or being suffocated. They are perfect as long as you don’t want super sheer look. I am in hot humid weather also!

Kathy Kerr: I would have given these a five star except for one thing. The material changes in the high thigh area to a mesh look, so if you are wearing a short skirt and sit down it shows. Except for that it has great coverage but I bought them specifically to wear with my jean squart (half short half skirt) in the winter. If you plan on wearing something short maybe buy a size bigger than you need. I bought a 1x.
