DawnMarie: Surprisingly, it’s not that easy to find miso paste at the grocery store. Who knew? Amazon to the rescue!! I use a tiny spoonful of this paste and spread it on top of fish (my favorite is sea bass) before putting it in the air fryer & it turns out so tender & delicous! Simply, quick, easy healthy meal. The flavor is incredible! And, I love how easy it is to use — just squeeze the bottle & voila!

HollyAnne: So for reference, I have gastroparesis so it's very difficult for me to find protein rich foods that don't make me feel like my body isn't trying to turn itself inside out. So I eat an unreasonable amount of soup. I'm not a picky person but broth only tastes good if you buy it from a restaurant or go through the painstaking process of boiling bones yourself. I don't have time for that nonsense.

I usually ordered miso soup from a local restaurant 3x a week and that's EXPENSIVE so I needed an alternative. Hence, instant miso. When I tell you this little bottle saved me from bankruptcy I'm not kidding. It's a life saver. It tastes delicious and I can choose how light or concentrated I want the flavor. It's honestly the best thing since sliced bread.

If you're wondering if it's a lil expensive for the size you're right but I can't find it anywhere near me and it's cheaper than take out, so take my money!
