Dillon: The media could not be loaded. My ferrets will drop whatever they are currently doing when I take this bottle out. Not sure if it helps with hairballs because I never seem to notice my ferrets having issues. One of my three ferrets would not give it a try when I first got the product. Put a small amount on your finger and smear it on their mouth. Once they lick their lips they will realize they love the taste.

Lindsey M.: The media could not be loaded. I almost never leave cold or mediocre reviews but I had to this time. The video kinda says it all; the last tube was syrupy, lid did not seal tight and after a week or so, I had to dump it and go with an alternative method. This time, I bought the chews (only one of them like them) and the tube. Despite my best efforts of kneading and rolling, the petrolatum and syrup will not mix together. This crap isn’t cheap and I’m so glad I only have to use this stuff twice a year. Total bummer.

Michael Franks: With the Ferrets getting their new winter coat through at the moment there is a lot of grooming occurring. One of the girls got a little bit of a hairball issue and within 3 days this moved it out.
This is NOT a medical replacement for a proper blockage but if you know what you're looking for and you've kept ferrets as long as I have you know what to look for. If in doubt - vet gets a shout.

Donna Loves Reviews: My ferret really likes the taste of this hairball remover and it works really well preventing any hairballs. Prior to purchasing this item I was using a different brand that my ferret also liked but this happened to be on sale with good reviews so I gave it a shot. Since then I have only been buying this hairball remover for her because she likes it even more than the last brand. Having a very picky ferret when I find something she likes I make sure to have it for her.
It is really easy to dispense and within a few minutes it is all eaten by her. Every other day I put this hairball remover on a teaspoon and give my ferret this as a treat. When she sees the bottle she does her happy little dance because she thinks it is a treat and really enjoys eating it.
I would recommend this brand to any ferret owner that would like to prevent or get rid of hairballs. This really has worked for me and the price is perfect!
