Kay Fiedler: Well after having it for a while maybe four months, it’s just not doing what my other model does , same size as my other one from different company, if I turn my other one to 4, this one has to be up so high that the noise is driving me nuts…plus the build quality compared to you know who, it’s like a toy…I’m so sorry to come back and give terrible review, but maybe I can save someone else money, I packed it up , bought a new one from different company and it works amazing compared too?
Even the hose is so cheap , it’s well that’s enough…companies are trying to catch up to you know who..’.and there making terrible job cutting corners with cheap components…and don’t even get me started on the little size of the charcoal….oh boy…do your home work , don’t be stupid like me..I’m a pensioner with little money, to make a mistake is not good..oh well live and learn…

Bahnzilla: When I received the fan I had an issue with it being pretty loud, sounded like it wanted to take flight.. I contacted customer service and I was greeted with nothing but respect and professionalism, right away I was offered a discount on the product or for them to send me a replacement one free of cost.. I was sent my tracking number and the new one is on its way! I own many Mars hydro products and after this I will stick with them, you don't get customer service like this from many other companies now days! Amazing people and products!

Amazon Customer: I like this fan because it is very easy to use and the speed controller has a cord long enough to be easily mounted on the wall. I also purchased a 6 inch to 4 inch splitter to put on this fan and now I use it to feed fresh air to 2 of my Mars Hydro 4x4x80 Grow Tents. These guys have solid products and top notch customer service. Definitely would recommend to my friends, and I do, and I would make these purchases again. Thanks Mars!!!!

Sky.High.Grows: The pull on this is insane. Even on about 20% power it's sucking in the sides of my tent with ease.

You can place your hand by the fan and literally feel it sucking the air out. And combined with the fat filter. You're gonna have no problem masking even the smelliest of herbs.

Can't wait to continue using this fan for grows to come!

iamcanadian: Works as intended, will change the air in a 4x4 tent easily. Fan is a bit noisy when turned up but I have it in the basement and can not hear it upstairs, wouldn't want it in a room that I am sleeping in.
Definitely would recommend this product.

AlienSeaMonkeyAlienSeaMonkey: When I first set up the fan and turned it on, there was a clicking noise. It sounded like the fan was hitting the housing. I turned it off, and then back on. I turned the fan speed up as high as it would go, and the clicking stopped. The clicking has not returned at any speed setting. The fan has been running non-stop for about 2 weeks. I should add that Mars Hydro contacted me a couple of days after my purchase to inform me that there might be issues with the fan, and if there were to let them know and they will take would take care of it. They also offered me a free 5gl grow bag.

Ontario SummerOntario Summer: I got the 4" inline fan and carbon filter combo, and it goes well with the 4x2ft grow tent. The combo is mounted to the top metal frame, and doesn't take up too much space. It's doing a great job filtering all the air and eliminating all the odour without making too much noise.

Super easy to set-up and I recommend this to anyone who is looking to get a fan/filter set up for their grow.
