Isaac Liu: The texture is good and the dish cooks well. However, it is a little bland and there isn't a nice, aged cheddar taste like other brands (Devour, etc.). So, this isn't my favorite mac and cheese or even frozen mac and cheese pick.

ANGEL: I like this macaroni & cheese better than Stouffer's. This one has more cheese, it's creamier and the portion size (for me) is almost two servings, in a medium-sized bowl. I can't remember the price but I know it's reasonable, especially for what you get. Also, I was surprised to find out that this one has the same amount of fat as the Stouffer's brand. Also, Stouffer's can be a little on the watery side and the amount you get with Stouffer's isn't very much. I love cheese and this one has plenty. It does need salt & pepper but that's all. I'm glad I decided to try this.

JuliaDarcyPMP: I haven't found another frozen mac and cheese that comes close. Marie Callender's is the way to go in many products I have tried. Yes they are more expensive, but if price is not as much of an issue for you, go with Marie Callender's. Especially if you are craving Marie Callender's but don't have a restaurant near you, or don't want the hassle and expense of going to a restaurant, the frozen products are made to be very similar.
This is a product I will serve for dinner at home, not just take to work for microwave convenience.
I'm comparing Lean Cuisine and Stouffer's below. Incidentally, in my opinion, those two are around the same as boxed Shells and Cheese. (I am not comparing Amy's. I haven't liked some of her other products so I won't try her frozen mac and cheese.) I'm also not comparing portion size or nutrition values.

LC looks very unappetizing while frozen. It looks like pasty plain macaroni surrounded by liquidy yellow sauce. St. is marginally better looking than LC.
