Cassiopeia: I absolutely adore Maisy mouse, as I grew up reading these books and watching the cartoon; the books are now pretty hard to find anywhere other than the occansional thrift store. So finding them here was a real treat! Now I can read them to my son just like my mom read them to me <3

Shannhlvb: I bought this for my granddaughter, Maisie. Even though name is spelled differently, this is a sweet story. She's only 6 months old, but enjoyed the pictures and I loved reading it to her. It read quickly but still had many relatable items in it.

毎日読むとなんとなく理解してるような？
小学生くらいになって　少し読めるようになると自分だけで読むこともできるので　長く楽しめました。

Rebecca S.: Introduces bedtime routine. We love other Lucy Cousins books but my 10 month old and I lose interest in this quite quickly. It might appeal to him more as he gets older and more able to grasp the concepts. His current favourite book is Hooray for Fish, also by Lucy Cousins.

diane page: Very sweet story about our favorite mouse getting ready for bed. I love all the books I've read in this series and find the artwork bold and attractive for babies and their parents. The downside for this book: the pages are coated, and they are sturdy enough, but they are paper and not good for tiny babies (ours was 4 months when I bought it, which was too little). The book is also stapled together, which makes it seem less than it is. Finally, and this is picky, I think this is from a DVD and so the images look a little like they are from stills - highly sophisticated stills, but stills nonetheless. Oh, and there's an ad for other Maisy-type books on the last page, in black and white. But it's still a very nice story about all the things a little mouse does before going to bed, and having a routine and reinforcing it are probably great things for us to read about as our girl gets older, so it's still a good purchase.

Feb 21 2009 Update: Just seen Candi live at the Town Hall, B'ham (UK) She was absolutely fantastic! Great singing & great stage presance. She quickly had the small but enthusiastic crowd eating out of her hand. She ran thru all her hits (Nights On Broadway, In The Ghetto etc & of course, Young Hearts) plus several songs from her new CD Who's Hurting Now.

Only sad thing was she didn't do a single song from His Hands. Still, don't let that stop you seeing her if you possibly can!
