Amazon Customer: Ordered after I moved into elevator apartment. I love how easy it is to cart my stuff up and down to my unit. Only issue is what it's folded up and pulling it the wheels will get a little wonky and not wheel smoothly.
It looks great and not "old lady" type. Ha ha.

J Barber: My garage is a distance from my house so when I have a lot to carry, this comes in very handy. I’m a senior, so I’m unable to carry heavy things at once. What I especially like is it folds very easily… You pull up on the tab in the middle, and it folds. Very happy with the purchase.

tda06280: As I read ALL of the reviews for this product and noticed how many people complained about how the wheels wore out when toting kids around in this wagon WHEN IT'S NOT MEANT FOR KIDS! When it says right on the label and in the product's description it is meant for groceries, the beach, and garden tools.
IF you need something for kids... use something else!

I used this wagon to lug my tote of books when I went to my local fair. It was great and I'm really glad that I bought it. The only thing that I would recommend to the manufacturer is to add a braking mechanism (perhaps something similar to those found on a stroller).
Note, it would also be great if you could take the fabric off the frame to wash instead of spot clean... just a suggestion.
Otherwise, I would have given it 5 stars.

JM: The overall concept of having a wagon handy is great, very useful. This wagon needs some major adjustments for the price though.

For reference we got this wagon for two major reasons : A. To use in the car to get groceries in and out, especially for heavy and bulky things like water. B. For laundry. In our building a lot of people use the laundry carts for non-laundry purpose. Its nasty. SO this helps with the cleanliness (just line the wagon with a laundry bag) and it helps with not breaking your back carrying a giant bag and detergent to the laundry room.

Here are some issues we've found over the past couple of months of use:

1. This thing NEEDS breaks! I don't know why they wouldn't put such a basic function but it does make some aspects of usage more difficult. If you park on a hill and need to unload your trunk, its such a pain to have to hold on to the wagon and try to place things into it with two hands without it rolling away.

2. The handle doesn't stay put. You basically either have to snap it back into its flimsy plastic holder or let it drop to the floor like a floppy stick. It doesn't have the ability to stand up-straight and allow you to...
