Patty Ramos: I was looking for a really long time for a really good headboard for my daughters dorm room. After watching many YouTube videos, I realized what I needed to look for this piece came with its own legs, very strong, very sturdy, in addition to all the hardware as well. The piece is absolutely amazing for the price. I’m still at aw. Definitely recommend this for anyone. Looking for a beautiful headpiece for their daughters or their son’s dorm room.

NathanNathan: [7/24/2018] I gave this 5 stars because there is not a 4.5-star rating. The box arrived with the top ripped open (as can be seen in the pics). This is not the seller's fault but was a part of the overall experience. The actual headboard is very nice and my wife and I are very pleased with it. Time will tell how it holds up after a few+ years. My .5 star issue was in the quality of the rear braces. They looked like plywood that was painted black and felt very lightweight in my hands. I do believe MDF (medium density fiberboard) would have been stiffer and sturdier (but also heavier). Having said that a handyman/woman could easily stop by a local hardware store and get a few pieces of MDF cut for them to match these if the provided braces do not provide adequate strength for you. I found the headboard VERY easy to install onto the  Best Price Mattress Queen Bed Frame - 14 Inch Metal Platform Beds [Model E] w/Steel Slat Support (No Box Spring Needed), Black  I did however have to go to the hardware store and pick up a single nut and I also grabbed some larger oversize washers while I was there. Alphonsel: Elegant and expensive looking at a fair price. Comes with all the hardware and two separate Allen wrenches so that's pretty much all you need to assemble. I put mine on my full size frame easily and there are enough pre drilled holes to adjust to pretty much any bed, high or low.

Now what I did not like. That's the legs that hold headboard on. They don't seem to support the headboard very well. I have mine against the wall, where it has a tendency to bang against it. If there where no wall where you plan to put it, I would not put too much trust in being against headboard while sitting up in bed. Could have deducted a star because of this, but at this price point you know you are not going to get 100% quality. And with some ingenuity you could probably do something to make it more secure. I will probably nail mine to the wall to eliminate the banging, which is not a constant problem, anyways. It just needs a little more support.

The headboard itself, as I said, looks expensive. The vinyl apholstery is nicely patterned, and feels substantial. I bought a matching skirt for my bed, all this made such a difference, I couldn't believe it. I would highly...
