jason stevenson: these are my favorite tasting "protein" bar however that being said..I noticed that one of the ingredients is soy, which I'm trying to avoid since some scientific studies say it will increase estrogen in men...it's too bad too, because these are almost addictive..I will still give it 5 stars however since it's just my personal preference to avoid soy. so if soy is something you personally aren't trying to avoid, then I can't recommend these enough.

V.M. Smith: Great product, suitable for vegans. Took a while to arrive, and surprisingly seemed to come imported from U.S. Wasn't charged any extra for customs though, so no problem.
